If you are on a short vacation or if you have a limited time or budget, this ‘Five Nights Journey- Little Bit of Heaven’ is one of the programs that might serve your interest and convenience.

We can make your five nights stay in Bhutan the most beautiful, memorable and worthwhile. In these five days apart from the sight of blue skies, green mountains and amazing settlements, we will take you on a special cultural, historical tour and hike and trek with you on an exploration.

From religious shrines and sites to fields filled with happy farmers, to fascinating handlooms and handicrafts to little cafes and pubs, to museums and hikes and to visiting Bhutanese villages to rafting this program will give you an experience of a lifetime.

Day 1: Arrival

Here are following procedures, you must carry out on your arrival at the airport.

  • Go the immigration section and present your visa approval letter and passport for the official stamp. 
  • After clearing your immigration documents, make your way to the baggage delivery area
  • Near this area, our Guide will be waiting for you.

Our Guide will then be in charge and you will travel to Thimphu with him/her. It takes almost one and half hour to reach Thimphu. You will be spending the night in a resort that you have chosen for yourself through us. After checking in your resort, you will have ample time to settle in, before we take you on a tour.

You have the choice to visit National Memorial Chorten, National Textile Museum, Folk Heritage Museum, National Library, and check out the Main Town for some amazing handicrafts, Bhutanese food, cafes and clubs.

Day 2: Tour of Thimphu

On the second day here are some of the places in Thimphu that we will visit together.

     Buddha Dordenma Statue

169 feet tall, the Statue of Buddha Dordenma surrounded by 125,000 miniature Buddhas is one of the tallest statues in the world. The statue was constructed in the year  2015 with an expenditure of 100 million to honor the 60th birthday of His Majesty The Fourth King Jigme Singye Wangchuk.


Tashichhodzong, one of the oldest fortresses is serves as the seat of the Royal Government and the Central Monastic Body. Erected in 1641 and rebuilt by King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck in the 1960s, Tashichhodzong houses some ministries, His Majesty’s secretariat, and the central monk body.

     National Memorial Chorten

Built in 1974 in memory of the late King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk who passed away in 1972, National Memorial Chorten nears the central market area with people constantly visiting to earn merits and offer prayers.

     The Handicraft Emporium

The Handicraft Emporium, like its name hosts all the masterpiece traditional products manufactured from the eastern part of the country. Located in the heart of the capital, National Women’s Association of Bhutan looks after the handicraft.

     Semtokha Dzong

Built in 1629 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, Semtokha Dzong is located 5 km away from town. Also known as Sangak Zabdhon Phodrang (Palace of the Profound Meaning of Secret Mantras), the Institute for Language and Cultural Studies is located here. With over 300 finely worked slate carvings behind the prayer wheels in the courtyard, the dzong has amazingly survived in its complete century even after many centuries.

Day 3: From Thimphu to Punakha

We will depart early so that we can enjoy the travel and see more of Punakha. We will pass through high mountain pass of Dochu La on the way.

One of the most beautiful sights in Punakha is Punakha Dzong located at the confluence of Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu. The dzong other than serving as the administrative office of the district, it also serves as the winter residence of the monastic body’s leader and his entourage of monks. Chime Lhakhang is also one of the must visit temple in the district.

The warm weather, kind people and beautiful sceneries shall immediately put you at home. The climate here encourages rice cultivation and growing fruits like oranges, mangoes and bananas.

If you are an adventurous person, Punakha is your call. The longest suspension bridge is here waiting for you to take a walk on it while you enjoy the sight of nature. There are plenty places for you to do hiking, trekking, rafting and biking. Also if you want to explore the farming lives of the people, this place is perfect. And we have day all for your adventure in accordance with your plans and interests.

Day 4: From Punakha to Paro

After descending back down from Dochu La, we will be headed for Paro.

In the afternoon, there is an opportunity for a quick stroll to the nearby ruins, a visit to some of the valley’s oldest and holiest religious monuments or for some good time at local pubs and restaurants.

You will be spending the night in a resort that you have chosen for yourself through us.

Day 5: Explore Paro Valley

The day will start with a hike up to view one of Bhutan’s most revered monuments, Tiger’s Nest or Paro Taktshang. Literally hanging from the face of a cliff 3120m above sea level, Paro Taktshang tops the list of places you shouldn’t miss in Bhutan. The legend has it that the great master of Buddhism, Guru Rinpoche flew to Bhutan on a mythical tigress and meditated in a cave here.

In the afternoon, you could visit the renowned Lhakhangs such as Kyichu Lhakhang, visit National Museum and explore Paro town and many more.

Day 6: Departure Day

This is where we say our farewells. Our driver will take you to the Paro International Airport. We will drop you at the airport 2 hours prior to departure.
